Koi

There is a common question relating the edibility of Koi since it is widely used as an ornamental fish. One of the varieties from Koi family is the Black Koi which is not only edible and also tasty. When sliced into small pieces the Black Koi marinates well with the spices, sauce and herbs, it also has to be cooked longer than usual since it is a tough meat.
